Return and Refund Policy

At Le Petit Paws, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our haute couture pet products. We are committed to ensuring that your experience with our brand is exceptional. Please review our policy carefully to understand your rights regarding returns and refunds.
1. General Return Policy
We accept returns exclusively for products that are received in a damaged or defective condition.
Collection Items: For non-personalized collection items that are found to be defective, we offer the option of a full monetary refund or a product exchange.
Customized Items: Due to the bespoke nature of personalized items, returns are only accepted if there is a manufacturing defect or an error attributable to Le Petit Paws. In such cases, we provide a 70% monetary refund, with the remaining 30% issued as store credit to the customer.
2. Timeframes and Conditions
Order Cancellation: Customers have 48 hours from the time of delivery to report an issue or request a cancellation due to defects.
Exchange Requests: For non-defective collection items eligible for exchange, requests must be submitted within 7 business days of delivery.
Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
3. Exclusions
Final Sale Items: Any items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
Le Petit Paws will cover the return shipping costs only in instances where the product is confirmed to be defective or damaged due to a manufacturing error.
5. Claims Process

Your email must include clear photographic evidence of the defect or damage.
We strongly advise all customers to inspect their products immediately upon delivery to ensure they meet our quality standards.
